The ADEA GoDental Recruitment Event is a free, in-person event that offers individuals interested in dentistry the chance to meet and speak with admissions officers from nearly 50 U.S. and Canadian dental schools.

If you need to make any changes to your hotel reservation, you can click on the “Modify or Cancel Reservation” button found in your Travel Portland confirmation email.

• If you cancel your reservation, please make sure to do it 72 hours prior to your arrival date to avoid hotel cancellation fees.

• If you would like to make Portland into an extended vacation, the ADEA room block rate is available for three days prior to and after the conference, depending on room availability. ADEA will not be able to coordinate those arrangements or extend the ADEA rate for additional nights. Please reach out to the hotel directly to arrange and pay for any extended plans.

• The deadline to make hotel reservations is Friday, Feb. 8, 2023.

Individuals need to be currently enrolled as a dental student to obtain an ADEA student membership.

Every student, resident and fellow enrolled at an ADEA Member Institution can become an ADEA member for free.

If you are not a student of an ADEA member institution, you have the option to pay $40 to become an ADEA member
