2025 ADEA GoDental Recruitment Event Travel Assistance

Travel assistance is designed to help students attend the 2025 ADEA GoDental Recruitment Event in National Harbor, MD.

If approved, the individual will receive funds up to $250* to assist with travel expenses to attend this event.

To be considered for travel assistance, individuals must be a U.S. Citizen, permanent resident or have documented DACA (Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals) status and have your Financial Aid Office confirm your financial need.

Submit your financial aid confirmation form through the application portal no later than Friday, Feb. 7, 2025, for consideration. Please note that travel assistance is granted to individuals who demonstrate the most financial need and funds will be allocated on a rolling basis, so we encourage you to apply early.

*Please note that if you are approved for travel assistance, you are required to pay for your travel costs upfront and will be reimbursed in the pre-approved amount after your event attendance has been verified.
