The interactive program involves self- and peer-assessment exercises as well as readings to be completed prior to attending. Case studies augment some topics.
Participants should expect an intense schedule with assignments to be completed in some of the evenings.
In addition, they have at least two years of experience in academia, are individual members of ADEA, are nominated by an allied dental program director or dean and must complete a nomination package by the deadline.
The application deadline is Monday, March 17, 2025.
The online registration will occur in April 2025. Registration includes all materials, hosted meals, refreshment breaks, team-building activities and receptions. Lodging and travel costs are at the registrant’s expense.
Note: The 2025 ADEA Allied Dental Faculty Leadership Development Program is a highly interactive experience, and participants are expected to attend all meals, receptions and team-building activities. You are encouraged to spend your limited “free time” with your peer groups and prepare for the next day’s activities. The program does not allow you to bring guests or family members to meals or offsite events.
To receive a refund for your conference registration, you must submit a written cancellation no later than Wednesday, May 15, to meetings@adea.org. ADEA will issue a refund—minus an individual $30 processing fee—after the meeting’s conclusion.
Cancellation requests received after May 15 are not eligible for refund or credit. Refunds or credits will not be given for failure to attend, late arrival, unattended events or early departure.
