Researchers at the Forsyth Institute are breaking new ground in key scientific areas around oral health—the microbiome, inflammation and salivary diagnostics.
For the past 25 years, the dental hygiene program has participated in the annual Children’s Dental Health Fair, held each February to promote National Children’s Dental Health Month.
The grant will also allow UNM to host an interdisciplinary educational workshop, bringing dental expertise to all programs within the UNM Health Sciences Center.
