ADEA Academic Dental Careers Fellowship Program (ADCFP)
A mentorship program for faculty and students with the intention of strengthening faculty activities in research, as well as attracting graduates to future academic careers.
ADEA Allied Dental Faculty Leadership Development Program (ADFLDP)
The program provides mid-level career allied dental faculty and program directors with a unique opportunity to assess their current leadership skills and build on them while developing relationships with a small group of participants facilitated by an advisor.
ADEA Allied Dental New Program Director Academy
This new, year-long leadership program is geared toward new allied dental program directors and offers a comprehensive pathway to academic program and administrative excellence.

ADEA Chapters
Student-led organizations that provide opportunities for leadership, service and collaboration at the local, district and national levels. ADEA Chapters connect students to the ADEA Council of Students, Residents and Fellows (ADEA COSRF) and foster engagement in dental education. ADEA Council of Deans Fellowship (CDF)
This fellowship creates a pipeline of future leaders from dental and higher education who will assume leadership roles in academia. With intense mentoring, this Fellowship increases preparation of candidates, equipping them with skills and experiences to contribute to their success.
ADEA Emerging Leaders
The program provides early-career faculty showing great promise as potential leaders the guidance, insight and skills needed to build an academic career.
ADEA Leadership Essentials for Allied Dental Educators (LEADE)
This online course provides early career allied dental faculty with leadership and professional development, including topics on mentoring, resilience in leadership and goals.
