Attire for the meeting is business casual. Please dress in layers as temperatures in meeting rooms may vary.
ADEA does not allow children to attend any conference functions. If children accompany a participant to the conference, arrangements should be made for their supervision.
The 2025-26 ADEA Emerging Leaders Program is a highly interactive experience and participants are expected to attend all meals, receptions and team-building activities. You are encouraged to spend your limited “free time” with your peer groups and preparing for the following day’s activities. The program does not allow you to bring guests or family members to meals or offsite events.
Program materials, prep work and information will be posted through the Emerging Leaders Community on ADEA Connect. An agenda is available on the 2025-26 Emerging Leaders website.
Fellows present their topics at the 2026 ADEA Annual Session & Exhibition, normally on the Sunday of the conference. Fellows are requested and encouraged to participate in the meeting.
Yes. An email with instructions on how to obtain CE credits will be sent to all attendees after the conference. A certificate of completion of CE will be granted after the 2026 Annual Session & Exhibition.
