This summer, ADEA is offering two dynamic leadership programs designed to support dental educators at different stages of their leadership journey.

Whether you’re just beginning to explore leadership in academic dentistry or looking to refine and advance your skills, we have a program for you. See the programs below.

• ADEA Leadership Essentials for Academic Dental Educators: A foundational, 8-week online course (May–July) designed for those new to leadership in dental education or want a quick review of basic leadership principles.
• ADEA Allied Dental Faculty Leadership Development Program: A more intensive, in-person program at the ADEA Headquarters in August, tailored for those with some leadership experience seeking to grow professionally and/or be promoted.
