Note: To receive the member rate, your membership must be active through March 31, 2025. If your membership expires before March 31, 2025, you will be assessed the non-membership rate during registration.

*A guest is an adult (18 years or older) who is not a dental education colleague. A dental education colleague who will attend educational and professional programming may not register as a guest and must pay the appropriate registration fee.
*Guest registration includes admittance only to social events (receptions, etc.) noted in the event program. Tickets for fee-assessed events are not included in the guest registration fee. Guests will not have access to meeting sessions or to the Exhibit Hall and will not receive meeting materials
**One-day registration fees apply to each day of attendance.

*All ticketed events are nonrefundable but are transferable.
Cancellations and Refunds
- All cancellation requests must be received in writing by Feb. 7, 2025. Send requests to the ADEA registrar at ADEAreg@streampoint.com. ADEA does not accept telephone cancellations.
- Cancellation requests received before the deadline are eligible for a full refund, including cancellation of event and guest registrations. Cancellation requests received after the deadline are not eligible for refund or credit.
- Refunds or credits will not be given for failure to attend, late arrival, unattended events or early departure.
- Refunds will be issued via the same method of payment. If a credit card was used, refunds will be issued to the original credit card only.
NOTE: Fees for special ticketed events are non-refundable after the cancellation deadline. However, special event tickets are fully transferable.
