Childcare at the 2025 Annual Session & Exhibition

To ensure a focused and productive learning experience, children are not permitted to attend education sessions or any events where alcohol is served. Nursing parents may use the semi-private lactation room on the conference site.

As a convenience for registrants and on a pilot basis, childcare services are provided by Kiddie Corp for children 2-13 years old from 7:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m. Sunday and Monday, and from 7:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Conference registrants are responsible for all childcare costs.

The American Dental Education Association (ADEA) does not provide or pay for childcare services for conference attendees or their families. The Kiddie Corp childcare service is provided as a convenience only and should not be construed as ADEA’s endorsement of the vendor.
