Registration Fees
Registration fees for this conference are based on individual ADEA membership. You must be a current ADEA member to qualify for the member registration rate. If you are not a current ADEA member, the nonmember rate will apply.
To receive the member rate, your membership must be active through March 31, 2025. If your membership expires before March 31, 2025, you will be assessed the non-membership rate during registration.

*A guest is an adult (18 years or older) who is not a dental education colleague. A dental education colleague who will attend educational and professional programming may not register as a guest and must pay the appropriate registration fee.
*Guest registration includes admittance only to social events (receptions, etc.) noted in the event program. Tickets for fee-assessed events are not included in the guest registration fee. Guests will not have access to meeting sessions or to the Exhibit Hall and will not receive meeting materials.
**One-day registration fees apply to each day of attendance.

*Tickets for the Signature Series are non-refundable but are transferable. Tickets for the Gies Awards are non-refundable.
Cancellations and Refunds
- All cancellation requests must be received in writing by Feb. 5, 2025. Send requests to the ADEA registrar at ADEAreg@streampoint.com. ADEA does not accept telephone cancellations.
- Cancellation requests received before the deadline are eligible for a full refund, including cancellation of event and guest registrations. Cancellation requests received after the deadline are not eligible for refund or credit.
- Refunds or credits will not be given for failure to attend, late arrival, unattended events or early departure.
- Refunds will be issued via the same method of payment. If a credit card was used, refunds will be issued to the original credit card only.
