You can register online until Jan. 7, 2025. Onsite registration will not be available for this event.

Please submit a written cancellation message to Shalonda King, ADEA Director, Event Registration, at meetings@adea.org by Jan. 7, 2025.

CANCELLATIONS

To receive a refund for your conference registration, you must submit a written cancellation by Tuesday, Jan. 7, 2025 to Shalonda King at meetings@adea.org. ADEA will issue a refund—minus an individual $75 processing fee—after the meeting’s conclusion.

Cancellation requests received after Jan. 7 are not eligible for refund or credit. Refunds or credits will not be given for failure to attend, late arrival, unattended events or early departure.

The closest airport is Dulles International Airport (IAD).

Attire for the meeting is business casual. Please dress in layers as temperatures in meeting rooms may vary.

To provide an appropriate professional setting, children and spouses/guests are not permitted to attend any 2025 ADEA Leadership Institute Phase V events.

The ADEA Phase V program is a highly interactive experience and participants are expected to attend all meal, reception and team-building activities. We appreciate your understanding of this policy.

ADEA does not allow children to attend any conference functions. If children accompany a participant to the conference, arrangements should be made for their supervision.
