Access ADEA LIVE Mobile App:
- Download the ADEA Live App
- Scan the QR Code or go to the Apple App Store or Google Play and search for ADEA Live.
- Install and open the app. Find your event icon in the Upcoming Events (bottom row) or search for 2025 ADEA.
- Tap the event icon to launch your event’s app.
- Login to the App
- Log in using your Access Code. You can find your access code on your event badge or your registration confirmation email.
- Please use all 11 digits including the ‘-’ when you enter your access code.
- App Tips
- Download the app before you go! Wi-Fi connection on-site can affect the functionality of the app.
- Browse the event information and create a personal schedule by tapping on the star next to presentation titles.
ADEA Quest
In-App Exclusive: Play ADEA Quest!
Download the ADEA LIVE mobile app and play ADEA Quest—a FUN, interactive and informative in-app game during #ADEA2025! Once onsite, select “ADEA Quest” in the 2025 ADEA Annual Session & Exhibition mobile app to get started.
Visit with participating exhibitors in the Exhibit Hall on March 9 and 10 to unlock a series of in-app questions by scanning each booth's unique QR code. Accumulate 2,025 points to qualify for a chance to win fabulous prizes.
Winners will be announced on the in-app Leader Board and prizes will be drawn live from the ADEA Showcase, Booth #307 in the Exhibit Hall, at 1:30 p.m. on Sunday, March 9 and 1:00 p.m. on Monday, March 10.
