Seattle Central College Welcomes New Faculty

After conducting a national search, the Seattle Central College Dental Programs welcomed two tenure-track faculty in spring 2021.

Tracy Cook, RDH, M.Ed., will serve as the lead dental assisting full-time faculty member. She completed the dental assisting program at Bates Vocational Technical Institute, the dental hygiene program at Shoreline Community College, the B.S. in the Allied Health Program at Seattle Central College, the M.Ed. in adult education at Eastern Washington University, and is currently pursuing her doctorate in educational leadership at Liberty University. She previously served as an adjunct faculty member and interim lead dental assisting faculty. She can teach in both the dental assisting and dental hygiene programs.

Gina Dunn, RDH, M.S., will serve as a dental hygiene full-time faculty member. She completed the dental hygiene program at John Abbott College in Quebec, the B.S. in Dental Hygiene program at Eastern Washington University and is working on an M.S. in Dental Hygiene at Eastern Washington University. She previously served as an adjunct faculty member and taught in both the dental assisting and dental hygiene programs.
